All other times, Sundays & evenings by arrangement, please ask!


VAT Notes

My business is not registered for VAT. This means I do not charge VAT.

Small businesses, such as mine, are not required by HM Revenue & Customs to register for VAT if the total annual turnover for the previous 12 months is less than the VAT registration threshold.

The current VAT registration threshold is £73,000. Any threshold changes are announced in the budget. 

Only VAT registered businesses are allowed to issue valid VAT invoices. 

A business that is VAT registered collects the VAT from its customers & then pays it to HM Revenue & Customs.

If you need any more information about VAT & small businesses then I suggest you speak to the HM Revenue & Customs or an accountant.
